Media Consent Form

PLEASE READ: Thank you for sharing content that can be published as part of the promotion of the Discover Creative Careers (DCC) programme. In this form, you can upload various media to be used by the DCC programme, including, but not limited to: imagery, videos, moving images, logos, case studies, copy documents. By submitting your media content via this form, you consent to their use in the Discover Creative Careers (DCC) Programme 2026-29 and all future iterations of the programme. Within this, you are also approving image use by the Creative Careers Collective (comprising organisations Creative UK, Futures for All and Creative Access) and its wider partners owning the application of your content for all marketing and communications purposes. These include, but are not limited to: print collateral, website displays, digital marketing assets, adverts, social media collateral, teaching and research resources. We retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for and to enable us to comply with our legal obligations, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of personal data, the purposes for which we process personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. Once data meets the agreed retention schedule, we will delete all personal data that directly identifies you, unless we are required to maintain your data in compliance with a legal obligation. We may also use aggregated data for statistical purposes.
